Oreo Ice Cream Cake

This year for my daughter 18th birthday; she requested an Oreo Ice Cream Cake. I used my chocolate cake recipe and my base vanilla ice cream recipe bur added crushed oreos to the mix. I made the ice cream a day prior and let it set up in a spring form pan lined with parchment paper. The parchment paper helps for easy turn out the next day.
