During my birthday party I wanted to honor some of the people that came out to help me successfully create the celebration of the year. Since I am a baker; I decided to give two of my guests that helped with Strawberry Cake Cups. To do this I diced up some cake pieces, macerated strawberries, prepared strawberry glaze and powder sugar glaze.
Bottom layer: 1/3 of the macerated strawberries and and strawberry glaze.
Second layer: 1/3 of the diced cake
Then repeat until the top is reached; lastly pour powder sugar glaze on top and seal with a lid.
